PEMB and Structural Steel Operations Coordinator
Mid-Land Enterprises is actively seeking a highly motivated Operations Coordinator for a key management position within our company. The ideal candidate will have a Project Management degree/Construction Management or equivalent experience. The role manages 3 Project Managers, a Superintendent, and the day-to-day operations of 4 full-time skilled erector crews and 6 Building Maintenance technicians. The role includes any and all aspects of project execution for pre-engineered metal buildings and structural steel erection, as well as metal building service and canopies. Effective communication skills are required to assemble scopes of work clearly, plan the work, track project budget, assemble information for billing, and see projects through to completion. This includes professional documenting and verbal skills to ensure quality communication with our customers and our team. Experience with Excel, Microsoft Projects, and Procore is preferred.
