We are seeking an Operations Administrator to join our team in Joplin, Missouri. This position is a full-time, Salary-exempt position with management benefits including health, dental, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, and more!
The Operations Administrator will work hand-in-hand with our Director of Operations and Division Coordinators to provide a seamless transition of new employees into our Company; work with our external marketing agencies to showcase Mid-Land Enterprises; and work within our core processes to ensure payroll and time submission happens in a prompt manner.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Help oversee the recruiting process by managing the recruiting system, identifying and screening candidates, and scheduling for the hiring authorities
- Assist with internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Manage employee time management software: KRONOS
- Capture key moments at our job sites through digital means and work with our marketing team to highlight in a positive, constructive way
- Assist in the job creation process through consistent processes to include job set-up
- Understand and be able to explain the Company’s benefit package
Desired Qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience in an HR support or administrative role, preferably in a professional services industry
- Specific experience and/or exposure in Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll/Time, Marketing, Employee relations, and benefits.
- Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Social media experience
