Mid-Land Enterprises is seeking a skilled Construction Management Estimator with a degree or equivalent experience in Construction Estimating. Skills include:
- Expert in Construction Project Estimating
- Expert in Field Measurements and creating Job specs
- Excellent in Construction Lead Generation, Bidding, Sales, follow-ups, and relationship building
- Have professional, effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in PROCORE and Blue beam software suites
- Liaise between Sales and Operations
- Being a Solutions Provider
- Standardize and maintain internal quoting procedures
