Director of Sales
Mid-Land is seeking a motivated individual to lead our sales department and monitor company sales performance. The Director of Sales defines and communicates the sales related Key Performance Indicators and targets to sales personnel on a regular basis, analyses patterns in consumer and market behavior, and subsequently defines data-driven action strategies in order to consistently optimize sales performance.
Director of Sales Job Responsibilities:
- Develop key relationships with customers.
- Provide leadership and accountability to sales personnel.
- Drive the company to attain annual plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for divisions and regions.
- Field and resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Maintain sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand.
- Communicate regularly with operations management to understand job progress and results.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related goals and company objectives.
Typical working hours will be Monday through Friday 7:00-4:30 with occasional after-hours requirements for networking events and business development opportunities. We offer a competitive salary along with many other benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k, vacation, and paid holidays.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- BA in construction, business administration, or related field
- Senior sales management experience (or similar)
- Construction related experience in operations, sales, and/or business development
